You’re invited to join us at The State of Spine Surgery Think Tank in 2026. The Think Tank is not your typical “lectures and exhibits” meeting. In fact, it is refreshingly different. The program emphasizes engaging discussions over lectures, and the focus is on current, practical topics. Participants include surgeons and leaders from medical device companies and healthcare organizations.

Dear Colleagues:
You’re invited to join us in celebrating 21 years of The State of Spine Surgery Think Tank. The Think Tank is not your typical “lectures and exhibits” meeting. In fact, it is refreshingly different:
- The program emphasizes engaging discussions over lectures, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and share your perspectives.
- The focus is on current, practical topics rather than distant academic research. How can you adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape? Which emerging technologies and techniques should you prioritize? What strategies can enhance your outcomes?
- The event fosters a strong sense of camaraderie among participants, including surgeons, and leaders from medical device companies and healthcare organizations.
Pre-Meeting: State of Spine Surgery: Innovation and Investment Summit
A half-day Summit providing a deep dive into spine technology innovation and investment opportunities. We bring together C-suite executives from emerging spine companies, VCs, “strategics,” plus surgeon private investors, investment bankers and more for a remarkable afternoon of insights and investment possibilities.
Combine all of the above with the exceptional JW Marriott Resort in Cabo, and we’re confident that you’ll find this year to be one you won’t want to miss. We hope that you’ll join us.
Best regards,
Frank Phillips, MD
